原理 Principle

板框壓濾機是工業生產中的實現固體、液體分離，全部濾板可利用油壓或電動式予以閉合，進料污泥經由濾板上所開設之孔板框壓濾機套用于化工、陶瓷、石油、醫葯、食品、冶煉等行業。也適用于工過濾業污水處理。壓濾機過濾後的泥餅有更高的含固率和優良的分離效果。固液分離的基本原理是:混合液流經過濾介質(濾布)，固體停留在濾布上，污泥中水份因被擠壓而從布滲出，達到固液分離的脫水效果，最後開啟濾板，所形成的污泥餅藉重力落下，完成一操作循環。一般而言，壓濾機之特徵可得低含水率之污泥餅。

With the filter plate, the formed sludge cake is dropped by gravity to complete an operation cycle. Generally speaking, the characteristics of filter press can get sludge cake with low water content.
